I look forward to reading your new book. I’m struggling bridging the language gap between Buddhism’s “go w/ the flow” & “dissatisfaction is a great motivator” type lectures. I’m missing the explanation bridging present moment reality acceptance & embracing dissatisfaction to spark a deeper desire for change. I know it’s there (Steve Jobs is proof); I can’t find the right words to make it concrete. Do you recommend any material?

What I also like to do is devote time to mindfulness meditation. If there is a rest room at work, go in and sit on the toilet and just for 10 minutes center yourself on your breathing and feelings. It works for me. Some people I know step outside the job to smoke, I go outside to meditate. And on my lunch I also devote time. So whilst you may be mindful doing work – it is also important to at times devote time for mindfulness meditation
