After 6 months depression was totally gone. I felt better and better every few days when my brain chemistry changed because of meditation and I changed my thoughts by realizing that they were false.
I meditated from 20 to 30 minutes in one meditation season.
In beginning i was meditating from 1 to 5 times a day it depend on how I fell and Am I close to realize something.

How do you know that it cured you of depression? How long did you meditate each day?
Meditation teaches you how to stay in present moment regardless of meditation practice you currently use.
It may be mindfulness or one point concentration meditation or any other.
It may be hard because mindfulness meditation is like level 3 practice, before you go to level 3 you need to learn simple relaxation and one point concentration meditation which will teach you how to concentrate then i recommend to move to mindfulness.
Remember it just looks easy.

hey Chris i just randomly found your channel and its good to see that you have “mastered” mindfulness. i am aware that i am judging a lot of the things you are saying such as
“your mind being totally silent”
“having no thought”
wont that mean that you can feel ‘presence’? yea i have been reading a lot of spiritual stuff lol.
But to get to my pain point…i want to learn to do mindfulness i meditated before for one month or so but then i stopped because i felt my self struggling everyday
