    You’re right that it’s not exactly an indian mantra as it was found in a carving in china however it does have many words in sanskrit, it’s called Nilakantha Dharani. But yeah it’s full of sanskrit just mostly buddhist terminology…it talks about Avalokiteshvara bodhisattva and bodhisattva is a sanskrit word as is nilakantha…and most of the rest of the song is in sanskrit too. Probably sung by chinese buddhists so the pronunciation might be off.
