Having just returned from a Christian mission trip to Haiti, I cannot agree with you that Christians are mainly concerned about getting richer, while ignoring the poor in third world countries. There are many Christians who use their resources to help the poor.Priests may use harsh words & unfortunately punish a bit too harshly. But they are human, just as we are.Don’t judge Jesus based on His imperfect followers. If we were perfect, we wouldn’t need Jesus- the perfect lamb of God,who died 4 us!

If You following the tracks of Jesus … You only see war and violate , sadness and poverty …… You see hard words and punishment from the priests ……. You see killings of naturecultures around the world ….. and You see the rich getting richer and the poor get used even harder ……. so DON`t follow Jesus ! Follow Your heart ! Follow Your own mind ! Think by Yourself …… What is best for Your kids and next generation ?

Buddha is dead. Jesus is alive! Buddha was only human. Jesus is God’s Son.He is the only religious leader who rose from the dead.If you believe in Jesus& follow Him, you, too, will arise from death to spend Eternity in Heaven.Following Jesus ,who is alive & who you can experience living inside of you,is far better than following the intellectual teachings of a dead Buddha.Only Jesus can make you clean on the inside. Why not ask Jesus to forgive you & save you.You will know He is real if you do!!

If you seek to become a spiritual being, then you must first seek the truth. Only with the truth about life can you unlock your mind and get it out of the way to fully experience life. Google “truth contest” and click on the first link. Open “The Present” and read what it says. You will be blown away by this.

If you still call that religion, theology or whatever you want to call it you do violence to the definition of those words and they mean nothing.

  • Aeythvaenn says:

If someone is the simpleton, it is you. Instead of asserting that it is a religion, you start asserting atheism has a theology and that you are uttering facts, of course, that doesnt make it so. You dont seem to understand: ATHEISM IS MERELY THE LACK OF A BELIEF IN A GOD/GODESS/GODS/GODESSES. It says absolutely NOTHING about how to live or how not to live, it says nothing about how we are created, where we are heading to, if there is an afterlife, NOTHING. It is only that one named position!

  • Aeythvaenn says:

i dont give a shit who you were talking to, you are talking on a forum so dont cry like a baby when i talk to you, go talk private if you dont want others involved. secondly: merely stating atheism is a religion doesnt make it so. Atheism is MERELY the position that we lack the belief of a god. We are just NOT convinced. That is no religion.

and? buddhism was superstitious before the britons came ignoramous, your comment is irrelevant

  • Aeythvaenn says:

atheism is not a religion retard, it is merely the position that one doesnt believe in god(ess) gods/godesses

    say NO to religious oppression!

  • Aeythvaenn says:

Walking three times around a temple to cleanse their souls….ugh…stupid superstition. Wasn’t the buddha against these superstitions and more about doing real stuff like meditating or has my perception of buddhism been selective?

  • Aeythvaenn says:

“If the religious traditions of the West can be translated as a police system, Buddhism can be translated as an education system.”
Right, that whole system of karma is also a ‘police system’ in its own respect but just differently formulated. Christianity says: do bad things and you go to hell, Buddhism says: do bad things and you reincarnate as a worm… or worse.
