@TedChambers Would I know when I feel it opening? I don’t think I’m making much progress… should I have my eyes closed or open? How would I know when I’m ready to move on to the the next chakra? How long would it take for a complete beginner? Please help me, I feel dead, colors seen gray, dim and my whole body has a lot of negative energy feeding on what feels to me my soul.

This chakra’s qualities include security and courage – which is why when watching this, a small healing process may bring up fears which we would associate with either monsters, the devil, aliens, or anything we have found scary. Understand WHY you are scared, and the fear goes away.
Do I need to watch the video in order to benefit from this exercise?
I played this video tuesday and then at night a lot of paranormal stuff was happening in my room. Does this open bad spirits?
@011azr i saw the terminator and a guy from WoW…. Btw it doesn’t state anywhere in the bible the devil has horns! The catholic priests said he had horns so to scare pagans and wiccans into thinking they were worshiping the devil. We don’t worship the devil, we worship nature. We don’t need to be paranoid about a fictional creature, he’s evil, and quite frankly, you can keep him! Good day to you.

@011azr You need to eliminate your fears inside you. Face your fears. Once you learn that you are more powerful than your fears and disregard them, then you will truly find happiness. I thought of this video as if I’m facing my fears and everything I’ve been scared of, I just defeated. You are powerful. But you also have to unleash the power. If an unpowered light is off, then what surrounds it? Darkness. But give the light power, and all darkness around it is diminished and changed to light.

the visualization is fucking scary. I mean I could really see some symbol of devil, man with some horn, some wolf, animal, and other evil ghost thing inside it… I don’t know if this work on my chakra because I feel nothing happens…
