    You might try moving meditations like walking, running, etc. If you get lost in thought, just acknowledge it and return to meditation.

    great video man but when i try to sit down and meditate i get lost in countless thoughts . it seems to me that i lack concentration .I’ve been trying to meditate for one week now and nothing has changed from the first day so every time i meditate i struggle to keep concentrated but in the end i don’t even enjoy it . I would be gratefull if i could get a helpfull answer
