can i use drawing as my meditation? i say this because wen i draw, i use slow movements and i do it for min. or hours. When i am done drawing, which i love to do, i fell more relaxed and calm and happy . so i would like to know if it can be used as a way to meditate. thank u :)

When you meditate, do you feel the phisical sensation of energy passing through your body? I do and so do some of my friends -

Thank you for the generalized answer. From your words I understand two types of error: (1) unintended mistakes and (2) mind systematic caused errors. This second class needs a lot of attention and the simple “I wont do it again” is not enough. In the answer you give more details so I have to see the video more times. Thank you also for “Ask a Monk” series. (pedroc)
